Mediserv Diagnostics was founded in the year 2000 with a clear vision — to deliver accurate, ethical, and patient-centred diagnostic imaging supported by advanced technology and expert medical interpretation. Under the leadership of Dr. Sureka Raja, an experienced sonologist trained at prestigious institutions and internationally certified in specialised ultrasound imaging, the centre was established to bridge the gap between clinical consultation and precise diagnostic confirmation.
At a time when advanced ultrasound imaging was still unfamiliar across much of Kerala, Mediserv Diagnostics introduced 4D ultrasound scanning to the Malabar region, becoming one of the earliest centres to adopt this revolutionary technology. This milestone not only transformed prenatal imaging in the region but also set new standards for diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Dr. Sureka Raja
Dr. Sureka Raja, a sonologist trained at Madras Medical College, has over 30 years of dedicated experience in ultrasound imaging. A member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and ARDMS-certified specialist in fetal echocardiography and obstetric ultrasound, she introduced 4D scanning to Malabar when the technology was still unknown in Kerala.
